Arie Epstein comes from Israel where he studied at Lifshitz College for Teachers, Jerusalem. He taught in the Army for three years and then for five years in Ashkelon in Grade Six. He has been in Hong Kong for three years. He teaches Jewish Studies and Hebrew for several different grades.
Ginat Friedmann has first came to Carmel School in 2003. She has taught Hebrew and Jewish Studies across all ages. As a mother of three girls at the School, Ginat is passionate about Jewish Education.
Riki Oz has been at Carmel School for the past four years. She studied Hebrew, Judaic and Bible Studies at the Beit Berl Teachers College in Kfar Sabba and taught Hebrew in Israel for 20 years. Stepping into the role of Hebrew Coordinator this year, Riki believes in utilising the best techniques for teaching every learner.
Desi Yishay was born in South Africa and moved to Israel when she turned 18. Desi has attended many Tal Am seminars and comes to Hong Kong after having taught Tal Am in Atlanta for the last three years. She is an enthusiastic and motivated teacher and is sure to infuse all her students with the love of Torah and Hebrew.
Shlomi Yishay is a native Israeli who has taught in many schools around the world. He is a qualified Hebrew language teacher and has undergone rigorous Tal Am training. Shlomi is a fun-loving and inspiring teacher who believes that all students can improve their Hebrew language skills.
