Grade 3-5 Flute, Clarinet & Saxophone Lessons
Learning a musical instrument from a young age is widely known to have many benefits in a child’s development, such as teaching perseverance, discipline, increased co-ordination, and boosting memory capacity to name just a few. There are also the added benefits that come from playing an instrument which is often included in a larger group, such as team work, and responsibility.
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Hunnisett will be offering flute, clarinet and saxophone lessons. Lessons will be offered on an individual basis to and will be 30 minutes per week.
- Grade 3-5 These will take place on Friday morning at the Carmel Elementary Campus (BRC) with students being excused from lessons, and will be rotated wherever possible as to avoid missing the same lesson too often.
- Grade 6-11 These will take place on Friday afternoon at the Elsa High School Campus (SKW) with students being excused from lessons, and will be rotated wherever possible as to avoid missing the same lesson too often.
Lessons are open to students who are complete beginners as well as those who already play at some level.
