Tuition fees should be paid on the first of each month. This also applies for students who start later in the month.
Capital Levy
The Capital Levy (HK$17,640 per child per year) is applicable to students from Grade 6 to 12. The Capital Levy pays for ongoing facility maintenance, renovation, and capital improvements such as equipment upgrades and enhancements to the School environment and facilities. Carmel School Association Limited ("the Association") is a not-for-profit organisation. Its principal activities are promotion of education and operation of a school ("the School'). It is a charitable institution registered under Section 88 of the Hong Kong Revenue Ordinance. The Association is incorporated under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and is limited by guarantee.
The sponsoring body of Carmel School is Carmel School Association Limited ("the Association"). The Association is not-for-profit organization with the principal activities are promotion of education and operation of Carmel School. The Association shall act as an agent of the Carmel School to collect the tuition fees and other charges on behalf of the School. There is an agency agreement between the School and the Association concerning the collection of tuition fees and other charges. Contact the School for further information.
Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available upon the demonstration of bona fide financial need. Completed applications must be received prior to June 1 to ensure students commence classes on a timely basis. Should additional information be required about financial assistance, please contact our Chief Operating Officer. Applications will be reviewed by the Bursar Subcommittee in the strictest confidence.
- Tuition subsidies will not be considered for classes in Nursery or younger.
- No financial assistance will be granted to students during their first year at Carmel School. The Application will only be considered if all children are attending Carmel School.
