On 17 March, our French learners participated in a tournament organised by the French Consulate in collaboration with the French Teachers Association of Hong Kong. 

This tournament, held at CAIS, was one of the many events happening during "la fête de la Francophonie," a two-week-long celebration of the French language and cultures of different French-speaking countries. 

On the day of the tournament, our team, made up of six students from Grades 6 to 9, played brilliantly, passing the group stages with a +9 goal difference. Unfortunately, our journey ended in the quarterfinals against the very competitive team of GSIS (the eventual winners of the tournament). 

Our team displayed remarkable sportsmanship, even in the face of defeat. The team's resilience, positive attitude, and respect for their opponents have been noticed and saluted by the organising committee.
