Superb performance from the boys this week, which saw a 4-1 victory in our second fixture of this campaign. 

As a collective the boys really worked for one another and bought into the game plan. Early in the first half, Ariel was rewarded with some great play that saw him score our first goal. The verdict is out whether the SASHK defender may have got a touch but we’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.  

Moments later SASHK managed to pull one back and this spurred the boys on to work together to get back into the game. Itay cut back in and superbly finished from a cross to make it 2-1 and seconds before the ref’s HT whistle Ariel got his second.

The game was all about positivity and being smart and that was key to our victory. The boys played a perfect second half, completely nullifying the opposition and also netting a fourth (Ariel’s hat trick) to put the icing on the cake. I wouldn’t be fair to not speak about the defensive side of things today. Noah putting in a huge shift in the middle and the man of the match Aaron being faultless at the back. 

Onto the next one on 12 December against AISHK.
